Paul Okech transports sugar cane near Kisumu in western Kenya and employs 10 workers. To get his business going he borrowed a trailer from a friend. When the friend asked for the trailer back it put him out of business for several months.

It came to the attention of some of The Rock’s leaders that Paul was having difficulty when he was asked about his business. Transporting sugar cane has been a profitable business with the processing plant paying the transporters like clockwork.

Paul's church leadership, business plan and track record are exemplary so The Rock extended a no-interest loan to allow him to buy another trailer. Paul is back in business and his 10 workers are able to support themselves and their families once again.
