Servant Leadership A Part of Life

To Sam Tindimwebwa, leadership has been a part of his life since being a prefect in school. Making decisions, taking charge in difficult situations, handling discipline as a sports minister in college are activities that have prepared him well for business.

Sam is a partial orphan who can be found encouraging the young children, playing soccer, exhorting the older youth and volunteering to serve with a gentle spirit. Sam came into the Rock after some unfortunate circumstances.

He had been sponsored through the early years of his university training in business only to find when he went to register for his final year, the sponsor had not paid. But our God is faithful and he provided for Sam in an amazing way.

An outstanding student at the top of his class, Sam is living at the House of Hope Kabale and tutoring the children in exchange for having his back fees paid. Sam leads the Mercy Ministry at his church and handles many financial administrative tasks as a volunteer. Also he has been accepted in the Rock and a fundraiser was held to help with the fees going forward. Would you join us so Sam will be able to graduate this year and pursue his dream of being an accountant or businessman?
