Emmanuel and Sarah celebrated their wedding on October 2nd and many from the Rock joined the festivities. Mark Noblin, Rock President attended the event along with Rock staff members Joseph Musungu, East Africa Project Manager; Ken Mollo, Uganda Project Coordinator, and John Mugowa, Scholarship Coordinator. Many of the current scholarship students attended and Joseph Arineitwe was a groomsmen, along with former Rock scholar Junior Kabama. Emmanuel is one of the first scholarship students in the Rock ministry, one of the first to graduate in nursing, received the first job out of the scholars and now is the first to get married.
His beautiful bride Sarah is also a nurse and they share a passion for serving others in the medical field along with being powerful prayer partners for many years during nursing school. Emmanuel once said, "She is my best prayer partner. Whenever I need prayer she has been there."
