Participants in The Rock are members of a family who encourage one another. The Rock mentors leaders who mentor others. We seek mentors in the U.S. to connect with Rock participants in Africa. Mercy Homes, scholarship students and business development/incubation participants each meet regularly in their peer groups for fellowship and mentoring.

In addition, Rock scholarship students mentor and tutor children in the Mercy Homes and Rock business people train scholarship students and children.
