The Rock Outreach helps develop Christian disciples and leaders in Africa through mercy homes, educational training, business development/incubation and mentoring.

We are registered in the State of Texas as a nonprofit corporation and approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.

To transform communities for Jesus in developing countries.
